Crossing test from Prattis
First test train for the completed crossing detector going up hill East from Prattis. This is done with just two detectors, a current detector for the track section so that a train entering from either direction will trigger the start and hold on. Then an infra-red detector to take over to both hold the crossing on and disconnect the first one. That way the crossing stops prototypically just after the last wagon no mater how short or long the train and at any speed. The vertical block shows the centreline of the road.
