Speed matched and consisted

The locos are the same brand and model, the decoders are both NCE Which makes it a little easier but some individual tweaking was required.

This is just a simple speed match. Setting CV2 =0 then playing with the kick start CV 65 to get the locos each starting and running smoothly at speed step 1 then using CV6 =mid range and CV5 top speed finally adding a little momentum for smooth acceleration and braking.
